I’ve spent the last two months in Southeast Asia, and I’ve rented motorbikes from many different places. I always had a nice experience, but this company went above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen! From bike delivery to being flexible with dates, delivering the bike, and picking it up, they truly impressed me. What stood out the most was when I damaged the helmet a little, and instead of charging me or making a scene, the person who picked up the bike said, "Don’t worry about it at all, this is nothing serious. I’ll fix it, you don’t have to pay." Now, paying an extra 500 or 1000 isn’t really a big deal at all, but the way this situation was handled—I can’t even describe it. In a world where everyone is literally trying to nickel and dime you, this guy was like a breath of fresh air. Also, it's important to mention that when they delivered the bike, the helmets were sanitized. That might sound normal, but I’ve never seen other companies do it! They also help you with your trip by providing suggestions, tips, advice—anything! I could go on and on about how much I like this company, but I’ll stop here! Rent from them, and you won’t regret it!
